Is My Dog King food cooked or raw?

Our meals are fully cooked using carefully tested recipes and human-grade ingredients that promote your dog’s overall health. Every pack is freshly prepared by our Petslave chefs never factory-made.

Why should I feed my dog fresh food?

You wouldn’t want to eat dry biscuits every day, right? So why should your dog? Fresh food is your pup’s version of a healthy, delicious poke bowl or as we call it, a “Pawkebowl.” Nutritious, balanced, made of love.

How much should I feed my dog?

Feed according to your dog’s weight and activity level. Here's our recommended serving size (based on 200g/pack split into 2 meals):

• Under 4kg: 50g/meal

• 5–7kg: 100g/meal

• 8–14kg: 200g/meal

• 15–20kg: 300g/meal

• Over 20kg: 300–400g/meal

Senior dogs may need smaller portions depending on appetite.

How do I store and serve the food?

Keep in fridge once opened.

• Can be store in room temperature.

What if there are leftovers?

Store the rest in the fridge. Consume within 1 day of opening.

How long does the food last?

• Frozen: 3-4 month

• Room temperature 2-3 months

• Refrigerated: 2 days after defrosting

Will my dog have diarrhea or vomiting after switching?

Mild digestive changes are normal during transition, especially if your dog has only eaten kibble. We recommend mixing fresh food with their usual food for 7–14 days. Watery stools may happen at first， but they’ll adjust quickly!

Is this suitable for puppies or seniors?

Absolutely! Our fresh food is soft and easy to chew，perfect for pups as young as 2 months or senior dogs with fewer teeth.

1. When will my order arrive?

We cook fresh every week and ship using delivery partners. Once your batch is ready, it’s picked up the next working day.

• 1Klang Valley: 1–4 days

• Outstation: 5–8 days

• Remote areas like Dengkil or Semenyih may take up to 7–14 days

• Self pickup avalialble (Terms & Condition applied)
